Elaine J. Lazarow

Elaine J. Lazalow, 91, of the Canadohta Lake area passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August13, 2025 at LECOM Corry Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Cleveland, OH on March 29, 1934, the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Specht Konopa.  She obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing and had worked at Titusville Hospital and Corry Manor. She was a member of the former Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church at Canadohta Lake.

Besides her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald W. Lazarow and a daughter, Deborah Elder.

Elaine is survived by her seven children: Melody Wolfe, Bradenton, FL; JoAnne Smith, Union City; Giovanne Lazarow and his wife Linda, York, PA; Mellisa Siliga and her husband, Tile, Titusville; Laura Daley, Union City; Gerald Lazarow, II, Columbia, KY and Anthony Lazarow and his wife Jodi of Corapolis, PA.

Private calling hours for the family will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday morning.  Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Teresa Catholic Church, 9 Third Ave., Union City on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM.  Private Burial will be held at a later date.
